She is Society is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Texas.
She is Society exists to equip and mobilize girls & women through mentorship, education, and community to grow in confidence, live with purpose, and lead and serve in ways that strengthen families and transform communities.
We create intentional, Christ-centered spaces where girls and women encounter God's Word, build authentic community, and grow in faith. Through discipleship, leadership development, and meaningful opportunities to live out their faith, participants are equipped to lead, teach, and serve with confidence in their homes, churches, and communities.
Every She is Society program is built on our Called Collective Framework: Connect, Equip, Impact. This framework provides a clear pathway for girls and women to connect in community, grow as disciples of Jesus, develop as leaders, and multiply their impact by serving others and strengthening families, churches, and communities.

OUR CORE VALUES
When Edith Rodriguez realized she lacked a space to deepen her faith alongside other women, she decided to create it by organizing retreats that invited women from all walks of life to gather, share experiences, and encourage one another in their spiritual journeys.
Those early gatherings laid the foundation for She is Society’s core mission: fostering real connection, Christ-centered discipleship, and leadership development among women. What began as a single retreat has now grown into a vibrant community of more than 2,000 women who participate in socials, retreats, conferences, Bible studies, and challenges.
As She is Society evolved, so did our mission. We recognized that while women were hungry for authentic faith, purpose, and community, many churches lacked the capacity to walk with every woman one-on-one. To bridge this discipleship gap, we developed the Called Collective framework, Connect, Equip, Impact, providing structured mentorship, Bible-based leadership development, and hands-on service opportunities.
Today, She is Society partners with local churches to extend their discipleship capacity, empowering women to lead, teach, and serve with confidence in their churches, homes, and communities.
